OPEN ONLY TO PERMANENT LEGAL RESIDENTS OF FORTY SEVEN (47) STATES OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ("U.S.A."), THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA ("D.C."),
EIGHTEEN (18) YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AS OF DATE OF ENTRY.
ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS APPLY.
VOID IN VERMONT, NORTH DAKOTA, MARYLAND AND WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.
1.Contest Eligibility: The Jell-O Pudding Easter Recipe Challenge ("Contest") is only open to permanent legal residents of forty seven (47) states of the U.S.A. and D.C. who are currently physically located and residing therein (excluding Vermont, North Dakota, Maryland, Guam, Puerto Rico and all other U.S.A. and foreign territories and possessions) and who are eighteen (18) years of age or older as of the date of entry. Each contestant must either have a valid social security number and/or a valid U.S.A. personal tax identification number. Employees of Twentieth Television, Inc., (“Sponsor”) News Corporation or any subsidiary thereof, Futureman LLC (“Futureman”), Kraft Foods Global, Inc., (“Brand”), Contest administrator, their or affiliate advertising or promotion agencies, those involved in the production, development, implementation or handling of the Contest or any programming based thereon, any agents acting for, or on behalf of the above entities, their respective parent and sister companies, officers, directors, subsidiaries, franchisees, affiliates, licensees, service providers, prize suppliers, any other person or entity associated with the Contest (collectively "Contest Entities") and/or members of their immediate families (spouses, children, siblings, parents) and/or persons living in the same household as such persons, whether or not related, are ineligible to enter the Contest. Professional chefs, cooks, photographers, actors, (including teachers of same) can enter this Contest. By submitting an Entry (including Video/Photo/Recipe), contestant agrees and acknowledges that he/she has read, accepts and is bound by these Official Rules, the Sponsor’s Terms of Use and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy that are in effect at the time that contestant submits the Entry (defined in section 3) pursuant to the terms thereof.
2.Contest Overview: This Contest is a skill based competition whereby a contestant must submit a recipe that meets the requirements of the assignment and includes Jell-O Pudding as an ingredient (“Recipe”) and must also submit an accompanying photo and/or a video (respectively, “Photo” and/or “Video”) that shows his/her Recipe which may be posted on http://www.reciperiot.com (“Website”) during the submission period as depicted below. The Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on March 14, 2012 and ends at 8:59:59 a.m. ET on May 4, 2012 ("Contest Period"). This Contest has one (1) first place, one (1) second place, one (1) third place and seven (7) honorable mentions available as outlined in section 8. The potential winning of a prize is subject to verification, as set forth below. The Contest consists of a submission period of thirty (30) days, a semi-finalists judging period which lasts for one (1) week, a finalists judging period which lasts for one (1) week and a winner determination period which lasts for one (1) week (see chart below). For all purposes of this Contest, the Website is the official clock and all times refer to ET.

• •3.Submission Period: In order to enter the Contest, beginning on or about 12:00:01 a.m. ET on Wednesday, March 14, 2012 and ending on or about Friday, April 13, 2012 at 12:00:00 a.m. ET, a contestant must access the Website and must follow the instructions to complete and thereafter submitting his/her sign up information and agreeing to be bound by the Sponsor’s Terms of Use/Privacy Policy and to grant Sponsor the right to display and publish his/her Entry pursuant to the terms thereof via a check box (collectively, "Registration Information"). Contestants who return to the site can login with their User Name and Password. After successful registration, a contestant must accept the assignment by clicking on the Accept button and then clicking the “Submit Your Recipe” tab. Each contestant will then submit the following information about his/her Recipe: Title, Prep Time, Cooking Time, Ingredients List, How to Make, Tell Us Your Story, up to five (5) Photos and/or one (1) Video (“Submission Information”). After completing and submitting the Submission Information, said contestant will receive one (1) entry into the Contest (assuming that he/she is eligible and his/her submission is in full compliance with these Official Rules). The Term "Entry" as used herein shall mean 1) the Submission Information and 2) the Registration Information. Limit one (1) Entry per person throughout the submission period. All required Entry/Submission Information must be completed/provided in full. The Entry/Submission Information must match the information of the contestant that completed the act of physically entering the Contest. Contestants can only register and participate in the Contest under one (1) User Name and one (1) email address. Once an email address has been registered by a contestant,both that email address and corresponding User Name cannot be used by any other person at the Website. If a contestant is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a minor, he/she must obtain parental/legal guardian consent prior to entering or submitting any personally identifiable information (and, whether or not expressly indicated herein, all rights/obligations of a contestant or winner, as applicable, apply to the minor’s parent/legal guardian acting on the minor’s behalf).A minor is defined as a resident of Alabama or Nebraska who is over eighteen (18) years of age but under nineteen (19) years of age or a resident of Mississippi who is over eighteen (18) years of age but under twenty one (21) years of age (“Minor”).
The contestant must own the camera and/or video equipment used to take the Photo/Video prior to entering this Contest. In addition to the requirements above, to be eligible for entry into the Contest, the contestant’s Entry must adhere to the following guidelines:
i. Photo must be in either a .jpg, .png or .gif format.
ii. Photo/Video must include the Brand’s ingredient and include a photo/shot of the packaging.
iii. Video must not exceed ten (10) minutes in length.
iv. Video must not contain the voice of any person other than the contestant.
v. Video/Recipe must be in the English language.
vi. Video must not contain any music.
vii. Photo/Video must be wholly original and be the contestant's own creation.
viii. Photo/Video/Recipe cannot contain the first name, last name, phone number(s), address, email address or other personal information of the contestant or any other person.
ix. Photo/Video/Recipe must not have been previously entered in any competition or contest or won any award prior to submission in this Contest and Photo/Video/Recipe must not have been previously published, performed or otherwise exhibited.
x. Photo/Video/Recipe cannot contain, transmit or link to content that is: unlawful; threatening; harmful; abusive; pornographic or includes nudity; offensive; harassing; excessively violent; tortuous; defamatory; invasive of another’s privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, contract or other rights; false or misleading; obscene; vulgar; libelous; hateful; or discriminatory.
xi. Photo/Video/Recipe must not violate rights of others including patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, privacy, publicity or other proprietary rights.
xii. Photo/Video must not include materials (language, phrases, quotations, logos, etc.) belonging to or copyrighted by third parties other than that of the Brand that appears on the product packaging used for Contestant's Entry.
xiii. Photo/Video must not contain any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, or any other form of solicitation.
xiv. Photo/Video/Recipe must not contain any material that: (a) would give or threaten to give rise to criminal or civil liability; (b) encourages conduct that constitutes a criminal offense; (c) encourages or provides instructional information about illegal activities; or (d) depicts or advocates violence or cruelty to animals.
xv. Photo/Video/Recipe must not contain any references to alcohol, tobacco, drug paraphernalia, firearms, or any description or representation thereof.
xvi. In addition to the above terms, Entry must comply with the Sponsor’s Terms of Use and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy that are in effect at the time contestant submits the Entry.
POSTED ENTRIES REPRESENT SOLELY THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF THE INDIVIDUAL CONTESTANT AND DO NOT REFLECT THE VIEWS/OPINIONS OF SPONSOR OR BRAND IN ANY MANNER. SPONSOR IS ACTING AS A PASSIVE CONDUIT FOR THE POSTING/PUBLICATION OF ENTRIES AND DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL LIABILITY IN CONJUNCTION WITH MONITORING, SCREENING OR REVIEWING ENTRIES PRIOR TO POSTING/PUBLICATION OF THEM. SPONSOR MAY REVIEW ENTRIES PRIOR TO POSTING THEM ON THE WEBSITE FOR THE CONTEST AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT NOT TO POST AND TO DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRY THAT IS IN VIOLATION OF THE RESTRICTIONS AND GUIDELINES** SET FORTH IN THESE OFFICIAL RULES OR DOES NOT ADHERE TO THE ABOVE CRITERIA, AS DETERMINED BY BRAND IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES. SPONSOR WILL NOT EDIT OR MODIFY ANY RECIPE/PHOTO/VIDEO PRIOR TO POSTING SAME.
**But, Sponsor’s decision to post an Entry merely represents Sponsor’s preliminary, non-binding determination of contestant’s compliance with these Official Rules.
Each contestant grants Sponsor the non-exclusive, fully-paid, sublicensable, transferable (in whole or in part), royalty-free, irrevocable right to use, reproduce, copy, publish, display, distribute, publicly perform, translate, adapt, modify, edit, excerpt, create derivative works and compilations based upon, and otherwise exploit his/her Entry and to incorporate it in other works in any and all markets and on or through all media formats, whether now known or hereafter developed, throughout the universe in perpetuity, for any and all purposes including, but not limited to promotional marketing, trade or other purposes. Each contestant warrants that he/she is the sole and exclusive owner of the Entry and he/she has the sole and exclusive right to grant such rights to Sponsor, and that the Sponsor’s reproduction, publishing, displaying, and/or other use of his/her Entry will not infringe on any rights of third parties, including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity rights, contract rights or other rights of any person or entity anywhere in the world. Each contestant agrees that Sponsor shall have no obligation to copy, publish, display, or otherwise exploit his/her Entry.
Each contestant further agrees that (a) Sponsor, Brand and/or Contest administrator do not owe him/her a duty of confidentiality (or fiduciary duty or the like) with regard to his/her entry and (b) Sponsor, Brand and Contest administrator each have wide access to ideas, brand names, recipes, photos, videos, designs and other literary and artistic materials both from their own employees and outside sources and that such ideas/brand names/recipes/videos/designs/literary/artistic materials may be competitive with, similar to (or even identical to) the entry submitted by a contestant and Sponsor, Brand and Contest administrator shall have no liability in conjunction therewith.
Each contestant may have his/her Photo/Video/Recipe and may have his/her User Name posted at the Website throughout the Contest Period. Members of the general public, including the contestant, ("Voters") may vote on the Photo/Video/Recipe for entertainment purposes only. The number of votes an Entry receives will have no bearing on winner determination. As of March 13, 2012, voters must be thirteen (13) years of age or older and current legal residents of one of the fifty (50) states of the U.S.A. or D.C. Each contestant may vote for his/her own Entry and can invite and encourage his/her friends to vote for his/her Entry. All votes must be received by 12:00:00a.m. ET on April 13, 2012.Any attempted form of voting other than as described herein shall be null and void.
No entry by group or organization. Proof of delivery or receipt of any Entry will not be deemed by Sponsor as proof of entry. Any attempt by a contestant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries (i.e., enter more than once) by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, registrations, logins or any other methods will void that contestant's Entries and that contestant may be disqualified. Any attempted form of entry other than as described herein is void. Final eligibility for the award of any prize is subject to eligibility verification as set forth below.
4.Semi-Finalists Judging: Beginning on or about 9:00:00 a.m. ET on Friday, April 13 , 2012 and ending on or about Friday, April 20, 2012 at 8:59:59 a.m. ET, the semi-finalists judging will be conducted by Sponsor and Futureman (Semi-Finalist Judges”) whose decisions are final and binding in all respects (“Semi-Finalists Judging Period”). The Semi-Finalists Judges will determine the top twenty (20) Entries based upon the following criteria: 1) Creativity (1 – 10 points) and 2) Presentation of the Recipe (1 – 10 points) (“Semi-Finalists Judging Criteria”). The top twenty (20) Entries with the highest scores will be deemed the semi-finalists. In the event of a tie, the contestant who received the higher score for "Creativity" will be declared a semi-finalist. In the event of a further tie, the contestant who received the higher score for "Presentation of the Recipe" will be declared a semi-finalist. In the event of a further tie, the Semi-Finalists Judges, in their sole and absolute discretion, shall choose a semi-finalist based on an evaluation of which contestant's Entry is superior overall taking all Semi-Finalists Judging Criteria into consideration. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select fewer than twenty (20) semi-finalists if an insufficient number of eligible Entries or no eligible Entries are received.
5.Finalists Judging: Beginning on or about Friday, April 20, 2012 at 9:00:00 a.m. ET and ending on or about Friday, April 27, 2012 at 8:59:59 a.m. ET, the finalist judging will be conducted by Sponsor and Futureman ("Finalists Judges") whose decisions are final and binding on contestants in all respects ("Finalists Judging Period"). All twenty (20) semi-finalist Recipes will be made by the Finalists Judges (the Finalist Judges preparing the semi-finalists’ Recipe being of comparable skill and using preparing all the semi-finalist recipes using similar equipment and under similar conditions) and each Recipe will be judged and scored according to: 1) Taste (1-10 points), 2) Creativity (1 – 10 points), and 3) Presentation of the Recipe (1 – 10 points) (“Finalist Judging Criteria”). The top ten (10) Recipes with the highest scores will be deemed the ten (10) finalists. (Beyond qualifying contestants for the finalists judging, scores from the semi-finalist round will have no impact on the finalists judging.) In the event of a tie, the semi-finalist who received the higher score for "Taste" in the finalists round will be declared a finalist. In the event of a further tie, the semi-finalist who received the higher score for "Creativity" in the finalists round will be declared a finalist. In the event of a further tie, the semi-finalist who received the higher score for "Presentation of the Recipe" in the finalists round will be declared a finalist. In the event of a further tie, the Finalists Judges, in their sole and absolute discretion, shall re-evaluate and score each Recipe until the tie is broken based on an evaluation of which semi-finalists’ Recipe is superior overall taking all Finalists Judging Criteria into account. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select fewer than ten (10) finalists if an insufficient number of eligible semi-finalists or no eligible semi-finalists are determined.
6.Winner Determination: Beginning on or about Friday, April 27, 2012 at 9:00:00 a.m. ET and ending on or about Friday, May 4, 2012 at 8:59:59 a.m. ET, the winners will be determined by the Brand, consisting of an ostensibly qualified expert panel of judges (“Winner Judges”) whose decisions are final and binding on contestants in all respects (“Winner Judging Period”). The Winner Judges will judge and score each finalist according to: 1) Taste (1-10 points), 2) Creativity (1 – 10 points), and 3) Presentation of the Recipe (1 – 10 points) (“Winner Judging Criteria”). (Beyond qualifying contestants for the winner judging, scores from the finalist round will have no impact on the winner judging.) The finalist with the highest overall score based on the Winner Judging Criteria during the winner round will be deemed the potential first place winner. The finalist with the second highest score based on the Winner Judging Criteria score during the winner round will be deemed the potential second place winner. The finalist with the third highest score based on the Winner Judging Criteria score during the winner round will be deemed the potential third place winner. The remaining seven (7) finalists will be deemed the potential honorable mention winners. In the event of a tie, the finalist who received the higher score for "Taste" during the winner round will be declared the winner of the applicable prize. In the event of a further tie, the contestant who received the higher score for "Creativity" during the winner round will be declared the winner of the applicable prize. In the event of a further tie, the contestant who received the higher score for "Presentation of the Recipe" during the winner round will be declared the winner of the applicable prize. In the event of a further tie, the Winner Judges, in their sole and absolute discretion, shall re-evaluate and score each finalist until the tie is broken based on an evaluation of which contestant's Entry is superior overall taking all Finalist Judging Criteria into account and thereafter take a vote of the winner judges. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to select fewer than ten (10) winners if an insufficient number of eligible finalists or no eligible finalists are determined.
7.Winner Notification: Contestants initially selected as potential winner(s) will be notified by the Contest administrator via email at the email address provided on contestant's entry form within approximately two (2) days after the Winner Judging Period. If a potential winner is from a state that deems him/her to be a Minor, his/her parent or legal guardian will be notified. Each potential winner will have two (2) business days to respond to the email notification. If a potential winner does not respond within two (2) business days; if he/she is found to be ineligible; if he/she does not comply with these Official Rules; or if his/her prize or prize notification email is returned as undeliverable, potential winner(s) may be disqualified and the contestant whose Entry received the next highest score may be declared a potential winner.
The potential first prize, second prize and third prize winner(s) will be required to sign, execute, have notarized and return an original unmodified Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability Release, (where legal) a Publicity Release and any other documentation that Sponsor requires (collectively "Affidavit/Release") within five (5) days after receipt by a potential winner or such potential winner may be disqualified and the contestant whose Entry received the next highest judging score received during the winner judging round may, in Sponsor's sole and absolute discretion, be declared the potential winner. Affidavit/Release will include, among other things, a representation of the Entry’s originality and a grant to Sponsor of all rights to the Entry. If a potential winner is a resident of a jurisdiction that deems him/her to be a Minor, his/her parent or legal guardian will be required to sign the Affidavit/Release on his/her behalf. By returning the completed Affidavit/Release, each winner attests to the authenticity of his/her Entry.
8.Prizes: One (1) first prize will be awarded and consists of a check in the amount of $1,500 made out in the name of the winner. Value of first prize is $1,500. One (1) second prize will be awarded and consists of a check in the amount of $1,000 made out in the name of the winner. Value of second prize is $1,000. One (1) third prize will be awarded and consists of a check in the amount of $500 made out in the name of the winner. Value of third prize is $500. Seven (7) honorable mentions will be awarded and consists of a virtual Honorable Mention badge. Total value of all prizes: $3,000.00. Limit one (1) prize per person/family/household. All expenses associated with the receipt or use of a prize that is not specifically mentioned as being included are excluded and are each winner’s responsibility. Prizes are not transferable. As applicable, prize(s) and prize notification(s) will be mailed/shipped to street addresses within the U.S.A. or D.C. only. All federal, state or other tax liabilities (including but not limited to income taxes) arising from participation in the Contest or award of any prize will be the sole responsibility of the winner. If a prize value is $600 or more, winner will be issued an IRS Form 1099 from the Sponsor or Sponsor’s designee for the total value of the prize won (as stated herein) in the calendar year won. If a winner is a resident of a state that deems him/her to be a Minor, his/her prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent/legal guardian. The Contest administrator is not the supplier or guarantor of any prize.
9.General Conditions: This Contest is subject to these Official Rules and all federal, state and local laws (collectively “Rules and Laws”). By entering this Contest, each contestant agrees and acknowledges to be bound by the these Rules and Laws, as well as the decisions of the Semi-Finalists Judges, Finalists Judges, Winner Judges and/or Sponsor which are final and binding in all respects; to waive any rights to claim ambiguity with these Rules and Laws; to indemnify and hold harmless the Contest Entities from any and all liability resulting or arising from the use of any submitted Entry; and to release all rights to bring any claim, action or proceeding against the Contest Entities. Once submitted, Entries will not be returned. Sponsor has the right to modify, edit, adapt, electronically alter, use, assign and/or dispose of such Entry however it sees fit and for any purpose without any notice or compensation to contestant or any third parties. However, Sponsor will not provide any personally identifying information of Minors, regardless of its source, to any third party without the express written consent of the contestant’s parent/legal guardian. Any personal information supplied by a contestant to the Sponsor or its affiliates will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and Sponsor’s Terms of Use located at: http://www.RecipeRiot.com/privacypolicy and http://www.RecipeRiot.com/termsofuse respectively. Thus, except where prohibited by law and Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, entry and/or winner’s (winner’s parent/legal guardian, if winner is Minor) acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for the Contest Entities to use winner’s name, address (city and state), photo, likeness, biographical information, statement, voice and Photo/Video/Recipe for advertising/publicity purposes worldwide and in all forms of media (including posting on Website), in perpetuity, without further notice to or compensation in connection with said Contest or the prize awarded. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual found to be tampering or defrauding the entry process or the operation of the Contest, to be acting in violation of the Official Rules, or to be acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. Any person attempting to defraud or tamper with the Contest will be prosecuted and is not eligible for any prize. If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as originally planned, in addition to other rights Sponsor has, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right, to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest or any portion thereof and to award the prizes in a manner that is fair and equitable and in conformity with these Official Rules as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Notice of such action by Sponsor will be posted on the Website. In case of a dispute over the identity of a contestant who submitted a winning Entry, the authorized account holder of the email address associated with that Entry will be deemed the contestant. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, service provider or other online organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Said owner must comply with these Official Rules, be the person who completed the act of entering, and, in Sponsor's sole discretion, may be required to provide proof of ownership of the email account.
10.Disclaimers: Contest Entities are not responsible or liable for multiple Entries, Entries that are entered by other than human means (such as by an automated computer program or any non-human mechanism, entity, or device), or for Entries that are illegible, late, mutilated, tampered with, forged, incomplete, misdirected, lost, misplaced, stolen, destroyed or otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules and such Entries will be disqualified. By entering the Contest, each contestant (if a Minor, his/her parent or legal guardian) agrees and acknowledges that Contest Entities shall have no responsibility or liability (including, but not limited to, liability for any property loss, damage, personal injury or death) in connection with: participation in this Contest; human error; incorrect or inaccurate transcription or captioning of Registration Information/Submission Information /Recipe/Photo(s)/Video; acceptance/possession, use/misuse of any prize awarded herein; typographical errors in the Contest promotional material; or any technical malfunctions of the telephone network, computer online system, computer dating mechanism, computer equipment, software, internet service provider; interruption or inability to access the Website or any website or online service via the internet due to hardware or software compatibility problems; any damage to a contestant's (or any third person’s) computer and/or its contents related to or resulting from any part of this Contest; any lost/delayed data transmissions, omissions, interruptions and or any other errors or malfunctions even if caused by the negligence of one of the Contest Entities. Contest Entities assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to a contestant’s or to any other person’s computer and/or telephone relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this Contest. Contest Entities shall not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, expense, accident, delay, inconvenience or irregularity that may be caused or contributed to, (1) by any wrongful, negligent or unauthorized act or omission on the part of any other person or entity not an employee of any Contest Entity or (2) by any other cause, condition or event whatsoever beyond the control of any Contest Entity or their parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies. The failure of Sponsor or Brand to comply with any provision of these Official Rules due to an act of God, hurricane, war, fire, riot, earthquake, terrorism, act of public enemies, actions of governmental authorities outside of the control of Sponsor or Brand (excepting compliance with applicable codes and regulations) or other force majeure event will not be considered a breach of these Official Rules. The failure of Sponsor, Brand or Contest administrator to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute the waiver of such provision.

It’s ok if you hide your Easter eggs this year, but please don’t hide your recipes! JELL-O is out to find the best Spring themed recipe. Your mission is to submit an original recipe using any of our JELL-O Pudding flavors. Be sure to add pictures and videos of your submission to help your recipe stand out. This assignment lasts 30 days, so what are you waiting for?
• To enter, simply click the “Accept Assignment” button and agree to the contest rules.
• Only 1 recipe submission per user will be allowed.
• Photos or videos should include the JELL-O Pudding packaging you used.
• Final winners will be chosen by the brand and announced on the site.
• Cash prizes are as follows: 1st place = $1,500, 2nd place = $1,000, 3rd place = $500
• Submissions from the following states are ineligible: North Dakota, Vermont, and Maryland
• You must be 18 years of age or older to enter.
