Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine 1 cup flour, undissolved yeast, sugar & salt in a large bowl. Add water & oil. Mix until well blended. Gradually add remaining flour until soft dough ball is formed. Knead dough on a floured surface until smooth & elastic. Roll out dough to a 12 inch circle & place in a non stick pizza pan. Top with alfredo sauce, half of the diced bacon & half of the spinach. Sprinkle on cheese. Take 4 slices of bacon. Place them closely together on one quarter of the pizza. Press down in the center of the bacon to form cups. Repeat on remaining quarters to form 4 cups. Place tomato halves around pizza. Pour eggs into cups & season with salt & pepper. Bake for 12-15 minutes until cheese is bubbly, eggs are set & crust is golden brown. Remove from oven & allow pizza to set for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with the remaining spinach & serve. Enjoy!
My favorite sandwich is a good old fashion BLT with a poached egg nestled on top. That is what I wanted to try to recreate with my B.E.S.T. Pizza. My idea truly became one of the BEST pizzas I have ever had!!!
