Using a wire whisk, beat the pudding Mix, milk, and ginger for two minutes. Let sit in the fridge for five minutes. Fold the Cool Whip into the pudding mixture. Place a spoonful of the pudding mixture into your cup. Next, layer a spoonful of berries over your pudding. Finally, spoon in enough pudding to fill your cup. Place a popsicle stick in the center of your cup. Wiggle your cups a little to prevent air bubbles. Place your cups in a pan, and freeze for 2-3 hours. Once frozen, tear paper cups off, and you are good to go! Yields 8-10 pudding pops.
