Line 9x9 pan with wax paper leaving extra on two sides so you can lift the bars out of the pan. In a large mixing bowl, combine honey and peanut butter. Mix by hand until combined. Add pudding, oatmeal, flaxseed. Stir until combined. Add nuts and fruit. Stir until combined. Put mixture into pan and press down with wax paper to level bars. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Lift wax paper out and cut bars on cutting board. Cut into 16 squares or any size shapes you like. Individually wrap bars and store in refrigerator or freezer.
